One of my most notable successes involved a client who faced significant challenges while purchasing a home. My client was pre-approved for a loan but was then denied while under contract. This led to the seller wanting to keep a $10,000 deposit amid a mortgage contingency. I worked tirelessly to resolve the issue. Ultimately, I secured the return of the deposit and found a lender who could approve my client. My personable approach, which focuses on building relationships through personal conversations and consistent follow-up, ensures my clients feel supported and confident throughout the buying or selling process.
